  2. Deep dive into each platform. Once we have access, we go through every platform with a fine-tooth comb. Since every platform has its own purpose, the audits will be conducted differently for each one. Don’t worry, we make it clear what and how each value is being measured for each.
  3. Creating a holistic plan going forward. With all the insights now in our hands, we can start putting together all the pieces to shape the broader plan of where your brand needs to go to accomplish your goals. This will flow down to specific recommendations on each platform (and perhaps recommendations for new platforms!).
  4. Presentation and collaboration. We will review all insights and recommendations with you in an easy-to-follow slide presentation. We’ll also send a detailed report with all the research and data to back it up. It’ll be a hefty report!
