What did we do? We changed the wording on a button to make it clearer that the company sold triathlon bikes. That’s it.

Through ONE insight and making ONE change on their website, there was a 95% increase in total website revenue.

Not only did transactions surge, the overall value was boosted as well. There was a 52% increase in E-commerce conversion rate within a 5 month period of time.

Interestingly, 4% fewer users visited the site after this change, but despite the decline in traffic, the boost in conversion rate led to more sales. That is the power of CRO.
