The Pay-per-Click Account Manager is in charge of building and managing digital advertising accounts on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. This position will require becoming a Google Ads certified individual specializing in Google Search, Display, Mobile, Video, and Analytics. PPC Account Managers are in charge of optimizing advertising accounts, discussing monthly results and opportunities with clients, coordinating with the data analytics team to build real-time dashboards, defining important KPIs (key performance indicators) for each client. These duties are in addition to providing any necessary support for other service areas such as strategizing marketing assets (banner ads and videos), optimizing conversion rates, and conducting keyword research for content writing.
